多民族国家的族际政治整合

周平，1959年10月生，华东师范大学法学博士；现为云南大学教授，博士生导师，政治学系主任，政治学一级学科带头人；主要从事政治学理论、民族政治学、地方政府与边疆治理等研究；先后主持国家社科基金重大项目、教育部重大攻关项目、国家社科基金重点项目和一般项目等十多个科研项目；著有《香港政治发展（1980—2004）》、《民族政治学》、《中国边疆治理研究》等专著8部；发表学术论文124篇，其中7篇发表于《政治学研究》，1篇发表于《民族研究》，4篇被《新华文摘》全文转载，1篇被《高校文科学术文摘》全文转载，数十篇被人大复印报刊资料全文转载；获得过国家教学名师奖、国家教学成果二等奖、第四届中国高校人文社科研究优秀成果奖、国家民委社会科学研究成果奖、云南省社会科学优秀成果奖、云南省教学成果特等奖等十多种奖励；担任中国政治学会常务理事、国家社科基金项目政治学学科评审组专家、教育部政治学学科教学指导委员会委员、《政治学研究》编委等学术职务；享有国家教学名师、教育部“新世纪优秀人才”、2011中国杰出人文社会科学家、云南省有突出贡献的优秀专业人才、云南省有突出贡献的社会科学专家等荣誉或称号；被誉为中国民族政治学学科的创建者和奠基人。

族际政治整合是多民族国家政治现实中日渐凸显出来的一个亟待解决的重大理论问题和现实问题。本书是对多民族国家族际政治整合进行专项研究的最终成果，着重阐述和论证族际政治整合的基本概念和基本问题，构建族际政治整合的理论体系，形成族际政治整合研究的理论框架，从而推进族际政治整合研究的健康发展，为我国政治学学科的发展创造新的学术增长点，为我国的族际政治整合提供理论资源。
